Cancellation Policy

1. Definitions: A Member is defined as a Registered AOCC member in good standing. A Party Group is defined as the Member(s) hosting the party, plus 6 or more additional people. 2. Member responsibility: AOCC Member must attend the party during the 3-hour timeframe, and assume responsibility for ensuring that all AOCC rules are followed. Member must remain on the premises until all party non-member guests leave. 3. Approval by AOCC: AOCC Pool Social Director must approve date & time of all parties, any alterations, and exceptions to the following requirements. 4. Exclusivity: The AOCC pool cannot be reserved for exclusive use by a party. Other AOCC members will have access to the facilities during a scheduled party within the posted general hours. If a party is scheduled outside the posted general hours, other AOCC members will not be able to use the pool and facilities during time outside of the posted general hours. 5. Number of participants: A Party Group includes the host AOCC Family Member(s), all guest children and adults (regardless of pool usage), and any invited members. Party size may not be changed after booking. The AOCC reserves the right to modify party charges based on guest count from tabulations conducted during the event. 6. Adult supervision: There must be an adult supervisor for every 8-10 children. 7. Lifeguards: All parties are subject to availability of Lifeguards. The number of certified lifeguards is based on the number of participants defined above. Lifeguards will be scheduled by AOCC. 8. Music and Food: No live music or bands are allowed. Outside food/drink is permitted. All food should be stored, prepared, and eaten off the pool deck. 9. Party Set-up/clean-up: Member may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time to set up. Party Group shall begin cleaning up 30 minutes prior to the scheduled end of the party. Party Groups unable to vacate the grounds by the stated party end time will be subject to a penalty. 10. Guests of Member: All non-AOCC members of the Party Group must complete the Guest Medical & Release of Liability form to be on the premises. Forms must be completed prior to guest arrival. It is the Member’s responsibility to have their guests complete these forms. 11. Penalties: If any of the above terms are violated, the AOCC reserves the right to assess a penalty. This penalty can include, but is not limited to: monetary fines, denial of future parties, and revocation of membership.
