What's Included?
At AOCC, we seek to offer an affordable way to gather friends and family to enjoy a special day. Your group has 3 hours of fun during any AOCC party- sign up today!
Pool Access
Party attendees receive access to our pool alongside our membership base when parties are scheduled during open hours. AOCC parties are a great way to bring together your group at a local swimming pool!
Exclusive event space
Parties receive exclusive access to our 2 gas grills. Our patio area will be reserved for your party, and we can provide 2 shade tents to keep your party out of the sun.
Party Support
All medium and large parties are allocated a dedicated party lifeguard to communicate with regarding party-related matters. We'll help keep your event running smoothly!
Why Almaden Oaks for your party?
With a large grassy area, lots of trees and BBQ grills, the AOCC is a great place to hold a party. We can accommodate groups as large as 125 people. With the flexibility to host a party on any date during our season, we'll have a time that matches your schedule.
Note: Parties may only be booked by current AOCC members.
How to book
Find a Date
The first step to planning a party at the AOCC is to review our calendar to make sure your desired date is free. Members can book a party between May until the end of September.
Contact Us
Once you have selected your date, book your date through your member account. Our social director will contact you to verify your request after booking. If you have any questions or issues, requests for a time less than a week in advance, or an already booked party, reach out to us at Social@almadenoaks.com.
Invite Your Guests
Once your party date has been confirmed, send out your invites and start preparing for your party! We will send waivers to you that you can forward to your guests.
Party Day
Hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up the picnic area. All parties at the AOCC will have a guard assigned to the party to answer any questions you may have during your event. All parties are 3 hours with cleanup starting 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the party.
