Cancellation Policy

Work hour Memberships: All members who require work hours during their membership period must complete 2 hours of volunteering. Inability to satisfy this prior to the next membership period may lead to fines to maintain good standing at AOCC. All work hours must be approved by our maintenance director, and you will be able to view this status in your membership account or when checking in to use the facility. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Note: If you're running late, let us know. More than 30 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show.
