Beginner Group Lesson

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration & Payment All participants must complete registration and full payment before the first lesson. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made via credit card or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first scheduled lesson will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the start date. Refunds or credits will not be provided for missed lessons. 3. Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes There will be no make-up classes offered for missed/late arrival for lessons. If a lesson is canceled due to weather or unforeseen facility closures, the AOCC reserves the right to schedule a make-up lesson or issue a refund for the cancelled lesson. 4. Attendance & Punctuality Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled lesson start time. Instructors reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from a session without a refund. 5. Health & Safety All participants must be in good health and free from contagious illnesses. Proper swim attire is required. Parents/guardians must remain in designated areas during the lesson and may not interfere with the class. 6. Minimum Enrollment & Program Changes A minimum number of participants is required for a group lesson to run. If the minimum is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund. AOCC reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or lesson structure as necessary. 7. Liability Waiver AOCC and its instructors are not responsible for injuries, lost belongings, or personal items left unattended. By booking a group swim lesson, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
